Tripskey acts as a booking agent for third-party suppliers. We are not the service provider ourselves.

3. Accuracy & Availability

We make every effort to ensure accurate information, but services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice due to third-party providers and market fluctuations.

4. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate and authorized information.
• Ensure compliance with visa, passport, and travel document requirements.
• Inform co-travelers about booking terms and policies.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All rates are in INR unless stated otherwise and may change due to currency fluctuations or supplier adjustments.
• Full payment is required before service confirmation.
• Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Policies vary by provider and will be informed at the time of booking. Refunds are subject to those provider terms. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

7. ADM Policy – For Travel Agents

• No fake/test/fictitious bookings allowed.
• Duplicate or churned bookings are prohibited.
• Bookings must be issued before the time limit.
• Agents are liable for ADMs issued due to misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Gen-Z World. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any material without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tripskey is not responsible for third-party service quality, delays, cancellations, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to ₹1000 per transaction.

10. Communication & Privacy

By using our services, you agree to receive email, SMS, or WhatsApp updates. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
