1. General Policy
All bookings made on Tripskey.com are subject to cancellation, amendment, and refund policies defined by the respective service provider (airline, hotel, activity partner, or tour operator). Tripskey acts only as a facilitator and does not control the refund decisions of third-party vendors.
2. Flight Bookings
- Flight cancellations and amendments are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
- Tripskey will charge a service fee of ₹300–₹500 per passenger, per sector, in addition to airline charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the airline processes the cancellation.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate plan.
- Non-refundable bookings will not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
- Partial refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Holiday Packages & Activities
- Custom tour packages may involve multiple service providers with different cancellation rules.
- Some components (like flights or event tickets) may be non-refundable even if the package is cancelled.
- Full or partial refund depends on the supplier’s policy and advance notice period (typically 7–30 days).
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Most refunds are processed within 7–14 working days from the approval date.
- Delays may occur depending on bank/card provider timelines.
6. No-Show & Late Cancellations
No refund will be applicable for no-shows or cancellations made after the check-in/reporting deadline, as per provider policies.
7. Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, strikes, etc.), refund decisions will depend on the third-party vendor and cannot be guaranteed by Tripskey.
8. How to Request a Cancellation
