Lead Generation Intern

 

  • Eligibility:

  1. Good communication in Hindi and English.
  2. Active on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  3. Basic marketing skills.
  4. Fluent in at least one language.
  5. Hardworking, fast learner, and willing to understand our business model. - Must actively promote the business.
  6. Age limit: 21 to 35 years.

  • Payroll Structure:

  1. Minimum 10 successful holiday package leads per month: Rs.2000 salary + Rs.1000 incentive. 
  2. Other types of leads (bus, flight only): Rs.50 per successful lead.
  3. Performance-based evaluation and monthly increment eligibility.
  4.  Poor performance may lead to discontinuation. 

 

  •  Successful Completion of Internship:

  1.  Good performers may be offered a work-from-office position. 
  2.  Long-Term Opportunity
  3. After 6 months, if intern generates 30 international and 70 domestic leads
  4. Salary: Rs.20000 - Rs.25000/month
  5. Perks: PF benefits + medical insurance
  6. Work from office

     

  • Important Note: 

      Internship certificate will be provided only after 6 months of successful internship.
